I'm currently in my final year of Chiropractic studies at the University of Johannesburg, with hands-on experience from working at major sports events like the ABSA Cape Epic, 94.7 Joburg Ride, and CrossFit competitions such as The Battle. As a lifelong athlete and competitor in multi-discipline sports, I'm committed to helping people perform at their best—whether they're elite athletes or office workers. I’m passionate about crafting personalized treatment plans to meet each person’s unique goals, with a focus on getting clients back to doing what they love as quickly as possible.
Keagan Wood
For as long as I can remember I've had a passion for movement. Growing up I had an affinity for sports - playing hockey at a provincial level and swimming at a national level so I understand the stress of not performing optimally. Over the last 5 years I've also found an interest in strength training and bodybuilding.
From my active lifestyle I've come to appreciate the privilege that is pain-free movement. This is why I aim to give others that same privilege.
