Roald Brits

As a qualified sports massage therapist, I focus on helping active individuals recover, perform, and feel their best. Whether you're a triathlete, CrossFit athlete, weekend warrior, cyclist, golfer, or someone who just pushes their limits— I've got your back (literally).

I am currently completing my final year in MHSc Chiropractic at the University of Johannesburg, and with experience at events such as the 94.7 Ride Joburg, Absa Cape Epic and The Battle, I have worked with athletes hands-on right when they need it most.

I’m part of Pure Symmetry Parkmore, a multidisciplinary health hub that includes a triathlon club, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other specialists. Whether you’re training for a race or simply trying to move better, I’ll work with you to get you there!

Frances van der Merwe

I grew up in a family that spends holidays running in the Mountains. In high school I competed in athletics, cross country ,biathle and biathlon. Currently I compete in Trail running races and I am an avid rock climber. This means that I fully understand the need to heal from injuries sooner rather than later and the importance of regular sports massage for injury prevention.
